Important: We can only host students that are currently studying in Europe and EU candidate countries, and the ones that can use the Erasmus trainee-ship program or that have scholarships. Please consider that our internship is unpaid.

  • Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, including click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ensure that campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, industry trends, and new features to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in marketing, business or related field
  • Experience in lead generation, sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google apps and clouds
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience in working on real projects with a challenging, friendly and international work environment
