PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This team is responsible for the safe conduct of the different projects within Liberamente. The tasks carried out by the members of this team range from organizing the different tasks between the different departments to the realization of different reports.

The Project Management Department is responsible for executing the tasks and producing deliverables outlined in the project plan and schedule, as directed by the project manager, at whatever level of effort or participation defined for them. This team will provide information, estimates and feedback during project planning contact with CEO to ensure the project meets business needs, define and document requirements, report issues and status to CEO, work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common project objectives.

Project Management team of Liberamente is responsible for the safe conduct of the different projects within Liberamente, like Sfaira project. We are also specialized in welcoming students for the realization of European project KA1, 2, 3.
