Job description:

Conduct IT Classes: Prepare and deliver lessons and workshops covering fundamental and advanced topics in IT, including basic computing, programming, databases, cybersecurity, and other relevant subjects.

Individual Support: Provide personalized assistance to participants, tailoring educational materials to their needs and skill levels.

Develop Educational Materials: Create and update training materials, manuals, and exercises.

Assess Progress: Monitor participants’ progress, conduct tests and exams, and provide constructive feedback.

Organize Events: Co-organize and lead additional educational events such as hackathons, seminars, and conferences.

Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with other teachers, mentors, and project coordinators.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Preferably a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in teaching or leading IT workshops is an asset.

Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++), system administration, databases, and IT tools.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work as part of a team.

English Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English.

Commitment: Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others in their professional development.
